Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Mr. Aditya Narayan leads NASH Preci Tech with deep technical mastery—specializing in industrial heat treatment processes across diverse engineering sectors.
Throughout a distinguished multi-disciplinary career, he has successfully directed core functional areas including Design Engineering, Precision Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), and Equipment Maintenance. This broad cross-functional background endows him with robust technical acumen, analytical problem-solving, and end-to-end expertise in product development, production planning, process optimization, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
