FEB 2017

Establishment in Bengaluru

NASH Preci Tech established in Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru. Setup with conventional milling machines, band saw cropping saws, manual lathes, and drilling spindles to provide base machining support.

NOV 2018

High-Volume CNC turning

Installed our first CNC Turning Center - ACE Designers Jobber XL 400. This allowed us to execute high-volume transmission splines, spline axles, and specialized pins for the automotive sector.

JUN 2020

Aerospace Milling Capabilities

Commissioned the flagship AMS 540 Vertical Machining Center (VMC). With a 24-tool Auto Tool Changer (ATC) and Fanuc controller, we began supplying aerospace structural brackets to groups like HAL.

SEP 2022

Continuous Turn-lines Double Expansion

Acquired two new CNC Turning Centers (TL20 Max 500 and TL20N). This enabled parallel, round-the-clock production of EV motor guides, mounting spindles, and spools.

NOV 2024

Hard Alloy Slicing (DK7735)

Installed the Wire EDM DK7735. Provided capabilities to slice micron-detailed silhouettes, progressive blanking press dies, and high-hardness tool steel profiles without material strain.

JAN 2026

Welding Shop Upgrade & Oiling Conveyors

Upgraded the welding bay with certified TIG, MIG, and ARC welder stations. Established specialized assembly cells to construct SS 310 retorts, high-temp alloy baskets, and custom Special Purpose Oiling Conveyors.

vertical Machining Center (VMC) - AMS 540

Our VMC AMS 540 is a high-speed milling system, designed for multi-axis contouring of aerospace structural plates, coordinate inspection templates, and progressive die blocks. It utilizes a Fanuc controller for high-fidelity path controls.
